Services

BEAL incorporates a ‘Process Approach’ in the provision of its services.

An advantage of the process approach is the ongoing control that it provides over the linkage between the individual processes within the system of processes, as well as their combination and interaction.

The specific ‘risk model’ used in this process based approach of quality and risk management is known as “HACCP“. HACCP is an abbreviation for the ‘Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point’ risk management process. The HACCP model is a well-tested and internationally recognised model for operational risk management, and has been particularly successful in the aerospace and food industries, where the management of adverse consequences (serious risk) is critical.

In addition to having in-house expertise for the evaluation of roofing, wall cladding, waterproof membranes and products related to the ‘envelope’ of a building, BEAL has access to a wide range of resources and suitably qualified personnel.

BEAL uses the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 9004:2000, Quality management systems – Guidelines for performance improvements”, as a means for demonstrating compliance with ISO 9001, an internationally recognised standard of quality assurance. BEAL Testing Services also provide testing services to comply with the requirements set out in ISO 17025.
