The SUGI Japanese Cedar Cladding & Weatherboard ‘system’, supplied by SUGI NZ Ltd.,

is intended to offer three cladding options for residential buildings:

• SHIPLAP – VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL OPTION;
• BEVELBACK OPTION;
• BOARD & BATTEN OPTION.

1.2      The SUGI Japanese Cedar Cladding & Weatherboard ‘system’ comprises a range of premanufactured finishes on Japanese Cedar weatherboards that can be protected through the application of a range of stains from the Natural Paint Company.

1.3    The SUGI Japanese Cedar Cladding & Weatherboard ‘system’ is to be applied by suitably competent and experienced persons in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical literature.
