1.1     The MajiClad Panel Cladding system is an energy-efficient exterior cladding product. The cladding panels are installed over a flexible or rigid air barrier and fixed directly to the framing. The
framing can be either Light Guage Steel (LGS) framing or timber framing complying with NZS3604.

1.2      The MajiClad Panel Cladding system enables designers to use an energy efficient cladding with a wide range of decorative finishes of their choosing.

1.3      The cladding incorporates two cavity systems within the cladding panel thus ensuring complete prevention of moisture getting into the framing while providing a high level of thermal insulation to the building envelope.

1.4      The NZBC compliant cladding is attached to the framing using specified self-drilling screws, over a proprietary underlay system incorporating openings and penetrations.

1.5    The MajiClad Panel Cladding system is to be installed by persons trained and approved by Dominion Developments Ltd, or their agent, within the scope and limitations described in the certificate-holder’s
Design and Installation Manual.
