1.1        The GRM Biowood Shiplap Weatherboards, Castellated profile Claddings and Soffit Systems (BSWCS) are a range of exterior low maintenance cladding elements, manufactured from a durable proprietary plastic wood composite material.

1.2      The BSWCS range includes prefinished weatherboards, vertical castellated weatherboards and a soffit boards that are attached to the framing of the building.

1.3    The BSWCS allow for fast, economical construction on a building site utilizing off-site prepared components.

1.3    The BSWCS is to be constructed by persons trained and approved by Green Resources Australia Pty Ltd, within the scope and limitations described in the Appraisal-holder’s Technical Manual.
