Staff Details

BEAL's senior building scientist is Mr. Colin Prouse NZCsc (Chem.) who has over twenty years of experience in the building industry, the last five being with BEAL, evaluating building products and systems.

With a chemistry qualification he has experience in laboratory management and industrial research projects.

He also has considerable experience with the (planned) maintenance of commercial and residential buildings. He is an expert in the application of most types of coatings.
While providing assessment and testing services, he has assisted in research and development for clients who needed assistance with development and marketing of new building products.

BEAL's building technician is Mr Tom Wild who recently completed a BArch. (Hons) at Victoria University.

BEAL also employ part time staff for general testing work and administrative functions such as keeping the web site up to date
