Not so long ago, for the average developer, builder or designer, the range of materials and styles of housing, were fairly limited.
This year in 2009, BEAL expects to see no less than 50 new building products introduced to the marketplace, meaning that the process of designing and building will certainly be different than it was last year. The introduction of new products inevitably means new methods of construction will become available. Today's challenge could be described as "trying to keep up with all that is new!"
With this challenge in mind, this section of the BEAL web site is aimed at providing easy to access learning material covering a wide range of industry sectors, that will be of interest to those wanting to keep abreast of new building products and construction methods. We invite you to comment on any of the learning material included in this area.
New subjects will be added to the menu list to the left of this column.
Watch this space. As time and resources permit, we will add useful up-to-the minute technical information about new products and methods, relevant to a sector of the building industry.
